Meet Gillean Barkyoumb of Millennial Nutrition

Each Friday, I take a moment for gratitude.

Fridays are special because I get to introduce some of my favorite people to you. I am very lucky to have inspiring, authentic, and talented professionals in my network. But what’s most important to me in relationships is that I can connect with the human underneath the accomplishments.

The woman I’m introducing to you today is a woman who truly does it all: she’s a wife, mom, business owner, dietitian, educator, brand ambassador, actively gives back to her community, and has a huge heart.

Through her business, Millenial Nutrition, she provides education and tools to take the stress out of eating. She is skilled in making healthy eating simple and convenient.

Pinktober : Inspired by Michelle Gottfried

The American Cancer Society estimates that over 276,000 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020.

What do you do when someone you love is one of these women?

Today’s post is inspired by my friend Michelle Gottfried. She is pictured here ringing her bell (commemorating the end of her chemotherapy treatments) September 11th of this year.

Even though she’s finished treatment, she’s not at the end of her breast cancer journey. She’s being extremely open on her experiences on Instagram, and I encourage you to read what she shares. I’ve learned so much from her.

This post is dedicated to all women who have fought breast cancer.

Thank you for supporting this important conversation.
