Meet Some of My Favorite Powerhouse Women

The annual powerhouse women event is tomorrow!

This year, it’s happening virtually.

In honor of this event that has so profoundly enriched my life, I’m shaking up the blog today.

Yesterday I was reminded why I share so openly about my experience with traumatic brain injury

I share because I want others suffering from this condition to know:

  • they are not alone

  • they don’t have to do this alone

  • there is hope

  • there is a community of people going through very similar experiences

The Powerhouse Women community is important to me because they taught me how to go from a “me” to a “we.”

You can hear a bit about this journey by watching the video below. I had the opportunity to share from the Powerhouse Women stage last year.

The connections I’ve made through powerhouse women have enriched my life.

Originally I planned to write a bit about each woman who has made an impact and tell you about her business.

I ran into a couple problems with that . . . there are so many women that my brain can’t handle writing a post this long.

So, I chose to share their own posts with you, via my Instagram account.

Rather than accomplish it all today (which I’m not capable of doing right now), I’m going to do a few at a time and save the stories to my highlights so you can see them any time!
