Fridays are special because I get to introduce some of my favorite people to you. I am very lucky to have inspiring, authentic, and talented professionals in my network. But what’s most important to me in relationships is that I can connect with the human underneath the accomplishments.

The woman I’m introducing to you today is a woman who truly does it all: she’s a wife, mom, business owner, dietitian, educator, brand ambassador, actively gives back to her community, and has a huge heart.

Through her business, Millennial Nutrition, she provides education and tools to take the stress out of eating. She is skilled in making healthy eating simple and convenient.

What lights you up inside?

Oh so many things! I love when the millennial women I work with realize that eating healthy can be simple and convenient--I have all the hacks and tricks to make nutrition doable!

I also love connecting and supporting other female entrepreneurs, spending quality time with friends and having meaningful conversations, and of course seeing my two babies grow into strong, confident, and compassionate young girls.

• I love… coffee--a must to start my day!

• Favorite way to connect with friends... on the couch, with a glass of wine.

• I am the best in the world at... efficiency and organization! Which is a must as an entrepreneur and mother.

• My biggest unicorn dream is to... To be asked to come on the Today Show for my "No Recipe" Recipe book and become the Today Show's resident dietitian! They would fly me out to NYC to shoot segments once per month so I can still live in Arizona with my family.

• I serve my community by... Providing value.

Every "Freebie Friday" I send out free tools with nutrition guidance to people on my Freebie List.

I also serve my community through my 21-Day Diet Reset Program where I help people create habits that make eating healthy simple and convenient with 20 minute or less "No Recipe" Recipes, daily accountability through a Facebook group, training from experts in health and wellness, and personalized nutrition guidance from me!

• The one thing I can't live without is... my pillow. I travel with it!

What do you like most about your favorite lululemon product?

I can move in it, whether I am working out or climbing from the front seat to the back seat during a car ride to manage kiddos! Plus I still look put together.

How do you practice kindness to your body?

I love facials and massage! I get them regularly.


Tell us about this one thing you can't live without!

My pillow is from my chiropractor. I seriously can't sleep without it! I also always have a body pillow or use two regular pillow to wrap my arms and legs around. I am only a little needy!

What else do you want to share with our community?

I think the greatest thing I do is make nutrition doable.

Whether I am on camera for a TV segment, sharing a social post, or working with those in my 21-Day Diet Reset group, I take the hype and overwhelm out of it. I go back to basics.

Then, I provide tools and encouragement to integrate those basic habits in their lives so they can go on autopilot, they can take nutrition off their to-do list. Now they can focus on other important areas in their lives. Because when you find greatness in one area of life, it bleeds into other areas.
