Preparing for your first visit

New client? Here’s some things I’d like you to know:

  • Please complete the intake forms on this page prior to your first visit; you can print, fill them out and bring them with you, or complete and submit online.

  • I encourage you to write down any initial questions you have, or email them to me prior so we don’t forget to cover them.

  • What to wear to your session: Fitted athletic wear for assessments (leggings, shorts, tank tops are helpful to observe posture and alignment), closed-toed shoes (but we will be barefoot for most of the session), and I’ll have a safe space for you to store watches, jewelry, etc.

  • When you arrive: You are welcome to wait in the lobby, or go to my entrance (located to the right of the lobby doors, past the mailboxes). If my door is open, come on in — if it’s closed, I’m with a client and please wait until we’re done. Note that restrooms are located on both sides of the elevators.

  • Parking: You may park in any unmarked space in the front of the building.

  • Cancellation/reschedule policy: I kindly ask that you inform me 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that I can fill your held space with another appointment.
