I can honestly say that without this woman, lemonLOVES would not exist!

That is one of many reasons I am so excited to introduce this woman to you!

When I think of words to describe Preslie, words like “community creator,” “courageous vulnerability,” and “connected” (not in a Mafia way, like an asks-really-great-questions, listens, etc.).

Preslie is the host of the Hey Preslie podcast where she thoughtfully interviews helpful people in the community (you must check out her recent podcast with Donny Starkins; I’ve linked it here). She is a small business genius (again, this site wouldn’t be here without her), and she’s my go-to woman for any ideas I have that I don’t know how to articulate.

Most important, is that Preslie is such a fantastically kind human: her warmth oozes over the Internet/through the podcast/wherever! When I first met her, I felt like I already knew her from listening to her podcast.

I think you will feel that way, too!!

Without further ado, here’s Preslie!!

Where can we find you?

Online at heypresliecreative.com or on Instagram @heypreslie

10 Things! Respond with the first answer that pops into your head.

  • I love… my community! Surrounding myself with great people is the highest priority to me. I invest in my friendships and seek amazing people to be connected with personally and professionally.

  • Favorite way to connect with friends... over a cup of coffee or glass of Prosecco outside.

  • I am the best in the world at... being me! Nobody is as good at being Preslie Hirsch as I am. ;) This is a good question. I'm actually in a really cool place of exploration in my life to find my zone of genius, and part of that includes comparing myself less often and finding what lights me up that I'm truly exceptional at. It's a journey, and I'm enjoying it!

  • My favorite insta follow is...

Pick one?! Eek! I'm cheating and picking two. I love following Mika Perry for organizational advice and life tips because she's systems-oriented like me, but also real and not perfect.

The second is Dr. Morgan Francis because I love how she's bringing consciousness to social media and elevating the way we think about ourselves and others in bite-size pieces.

  • Favorite way to sweat... CrossFit! I've been an athlete my whole life, and my favorite way to sweat is lifting and getting out of breath next to my CrossFit Magna family.

  • A book I love is.... oh gosh, so many! Atomic Habits by James Clear is top of the list.

  • My biggest unicorn dream is to... Host a top-rated podcast where I get to interview incredible people, including but not limited to Rachel Hollis, Tony Robbins, Tim Ferriss and Tom Bilyeu.

  • I serve my community by... showing up with love! I support my community by attending events, sharing their projects, giving my expertise where applicable and being a champion for those in the community.

  • The one thing I can't live without is... the sun! Explained below. :) But also coffee, AirPods, pillows and blueberries!

  • My favorite lululemon item is... Align leggings! I get the 25 inch because I'm short and they're pants on me. :)

What do you like most about your favorite lululemon product?

My align pants are my absolute favorite! Hands down the comfiest pair of leggings I've ever owned — perfect for being on-the-go or working from home.

NOTE: Can confirm, they’re amaze-balls. I wrote a love letter to Aligns in my recent post (you can find it HERE) and I’ve linked ALLLLLLL the many colors, lengths (31”, 28”, 25”, 23”, 21”, super high rise, high rise, and shorts HERE. You can thank me after you get some.)

Tell us about this one thing you can't live without!

The sun! I can't imagine living somewhere where I couldn't see the beautiful sun at least most of the time. It gives me energy and good feels. :)

How do you practice kindness to your body?

I practice kindness to my body a few different ways. The first being that I show myself grace; I am human and don't set an expectation for myself to eat perfectly all the time, love how I look all the time, or crush every workout.

I push myself to be better and use that tenacity as a confidence booster. I intentionally acknowledge my body for all that it does and has endured.

I show appreciation for it by fueling my body with good nutrients, moving it often and allowing it to rest.

And, I practice placing higher value on other things like a great workout, a good meal, being flexible, and the like, over what my body looks like.

In these ways I have been able to be kinder to my body over time — and it's an ongoing practice.

What else do you want to share with our community?

I think of myself as Preslie, the podcaster, small business supporter and personal growth junkie. I love hosting and producing the Hey Preslie Podcast (available on all major podcast platforms), supporting local businesses, investing time + energy into continuous self-development through health, fitness, business, mindfulness and relationships.
