What qualities do you think of when you hear the title “ambassador”?

I think of someone kind, compassionate, friendly, inclusive, and passionate about the brand they represent.

I picture someone like Jeremy Heath, a runner, podcaster, blogger, and ambassador at lululemon Chandler in Arizona.

So, I’m excited to feature him today! I believe that his passion for lululemon, community, and running will jump off the screen — it does for me!

What lights you up inside?

Helping to build my local run and fitness community. Sweating together with friends helps build relationships and gets everyone smiling and working hard as one. I love being able to be a part of our community and am hoping we'll be back to in-person runs and workouts again soon!

Sunrise or sunset runs are Jeremy’s jam.

• A podcast I love is.... I have a podcast myself: We Run The Desert Podcast. We highlight runners, groups, businesses and more from all over our state. So great being able to hear and share their stories!

• My biggest unicorn dream is to...

I have so many! Haha I'd love to either be able to focus on building our run community full time, or at least be able to organize an annual run/workout that brings hundreds of people together.

• I serve my community by... organizing workouts and events to bring like-minded people together.

• The one thing I can't live without is... my pups!

What do you like most about your favorite lululemon product?

The fit is great, and moves with me rather than against me.

Jeremy regularly competes in road and trail races.

Tell us about this one thing you can't live without!

I have two rescue pups that love to stay active with me. Running, hiking, playing... they love it all and I couldn't imagine being without them!

How do you practice kindness to your body?

Running allows me to not only keep my body healthy, but it helps to reduce any stress in my life that may be effecting me both mentally and physically. After a run my body might feel sore or tight, but it always feel happy regardless!

What else do you want to share with our community?

I help local running events with marketing and organizing their street teams & ambassador groups. I also connect businesses with groups or events to build relationships with our local runners at these run events
