Why I do these fit reviews

I love lululemon. I’m sure that comes as NO surprise to you, if you’ve followed me for long or know me at all! I did, after all, get married wearing lululemon. See below!

When I started lemonLOVES, I planned to do a lot of FIT reviews

I know there are a lot of barriers to finding the perfect fit, style, and material to fuel your sweaty endeavors.

I know how intimidating it can be to walk in to the store, see all the fit, smiley, luon-clad employees, and suddenly be listening to a different language that doesn’t have a dictionary (maybe I’ll work on one).

lululemon, in the past, has had a reputation for being judgmental, elitist, and exclusionary. They are on a path to change for the better (learn more HERE), and I hope that as an ambassador I can help YOU to feel accepted, included, and valued just as you are.

up this week…lululemon’s ready to rulu jogger

I remember first discovering the ready to rulu jogger. It was October of 2016. I was participating in my Level 2 yoga teacher training in Sedona, Arizona. It was bitterly cold outside (for this Phoenix native) and I was on a break with a lululemon ambassador from Georgia named Lindsay.

I secretly was dying to be an ambassador, by the way!

I thought her pants were really cute. I didn’t own any joggers, thinking they were a weird style, but I liked the cut of hers. I asked her about them, and she immediately said, “The pockets are SO SOFT!” I laughed, and she put my hand in her pocket.

She was right—they were incredibly soft pockets.

When our training ended, I drove to my local store and tracked down a pair (she couldn’t remember the style name, so it was no easy feat).

It was worth the effort!
