The woman you get to meet today is so special.

This woman thrives on hyping others up. She is a human ray of sunshine. I’ve witnessed her doing the grunt work tasks to support her friends, remembering names of people she’s only “met” online while running a 200+ person event, and being no fewer than 12 places at once!If I told you she does this all with a smile on her face, I’d be lying because she does it all while radiating love, joy, and fierce presence.

What else do you want to share with our community?

One of my best qualities is the fact that I can connect with anyone, anywhere at anytime.

This helps in terms of my trust factor; when people trust you, it makes it easier to hold space for them or help facilitate BTS activites.

I've volunteered at several women's events & having someone who understands the way the day is supposed to ebb & flow & how participants might feel throughout that is really important to the overall experience.

My years of working BTS with women's events got me thinking about how knowing all of these skills/having access to all of these tools personal development wise would have served me so well when I was a teen.

From that moment on, Jill & I started creating programs to serve school aged girls (11-18) in the realm of personal development & we haven't looked back since.

Girls Mentorship is definitely our baby!

We are also continuing our partnership with notMYkid, a local non-profit that specializes in early intervention + leadership development and just recently mental health. We'll be conducting a 6 week leadership series for 9th and 10th graders in January and we'll most likely be doing some workshops/webinars to coincide with that launch!
