Move better.

After experiencing a traumatic brain injury and vision loss in 2018, Mallory quickly learned how painful it can be to lack movement. A former competitive swimmer, marathon runner, weightlifter and personal trainer, Mallory took movement for granted. In the aftermath of a car accident, debilitating migraines, dizziness, nausea, poor vision, and other symptoms left her immobile for months. Today, two and a half years after the accident, she still struggles some days to move without aggravating symptoms.

Throughout her rehab, Mallory has called on her professional experience of creating personalized movement programs, as well as her education in kinesiology, to find ways to move without exacerbating symptoms.

All people deserve to move without pain

For Mallory, the silver lining of her accident and injuries is that she has a better understanding of how immobility, pain, illness and injury can affect a human being. Her goal with The Daily Stretch is to make movement accessible again for any body and every body.

We believe that each person deserves to feel good in the body they have, today.

If this sounds good to you, keep reading!

Feel better.

Our goal at Foxy FIT is to help you feel good in your body.

If you have forgotten what it feels like to move with ease, or if you struggle with finding balance in your body, or if your body has changed and you aren’t sure if it is possible to move with ease again, you are not alone.

Mallory has gone through these challenges as well. She used to take feeling good in her body for granted. Today, she is passionate about teaching others how to feel at home in their bodies again.

All people deserve to feel good In their bodies

We believe that every body is worthy of love, attention, and care. We express self care through a balance of movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and rest.

We believe that all bodies are good bodies. We aim to use mindfulness tools to increase mind-body-soul awareness, body acceptance, and celebrate our bodies’ unique capabilities.

The Daily Stretch is designed to help you decrease stress, attune body awareness, culture your innate resilience and nurture your body through mindful movement that feels good.

We know that if we can move with better ease, our bodies will feel the difference.

If you believe this too, keep reading.

Live Better.

Through her lived experiences with traumatic brain injury, Mallory realized that quality of life is the most important thing in the world to her. Through her work with other survivors of chronic illness, she’s found that one’s own ability to adapt to stressors and challenges can be strengthened through mindfulness, mindset, and movement.

All people deserve to live with the confidence their bodies can do what they need to do

Play with grandkids.

Train for sport.

Run a marathon.

Get out of bed each day.

Give birth to a child.

Raise a family and make time for self.

Come back from injury or illness.

Heal from grief and loss.

We believe that we can overcome obstacles, and come back stronger.

We only get one body, and it is our responsibility to take care of it.

If you want support in caring for your wellbeing, we have a program to help you do just that.

the daily stretch

The focus of The Daily Stretch is simple: to make a habit of checking in with the body, mind, and soul each day through mindful movement practices.

The greatest obstacles we face with consistent mindfulness or movement practices are not knowing what to do or how to do it, not seeing results, not having the time, money, access, or ability.

We have considered each of these obstacles and developed a program rooted in science, backed by research, and tested by people just like you.
